What’s your condition criteria?
At Everbean Kids, we keep quality high and clear with the following condition standards:
- NWT (New with Tags): Brand new, never used, with original tags attached.
- Like New: Looks unused, with no signs of wear.
- Gently Used: Light signs of wear like minor fading or creasing, but in great shape.
- Well Loved: Noticeable wear such as fading or pilling, but still functional and charming.
These categories help ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for all.

What’s your shipping and delivery methods?
At Everbean Kids, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your orders.
Domestic Standard Shipping in the United States
- We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
- Standard delivery takes about 3–5 business days.
- Orders placed Mon–Fri are processed within 2 business days; weekend or holiday orders within 3 days.
Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout for an added fee.
Domestic Express Shipping in the United States
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, but may use other carriers when needed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

What kind of packaging do you use, and is it eco-friendly?
We aim to use packaging that protects your items while minimizing environmental impact.
- Small orders typically ship in biodegradable kraft paper mailers that are 100% curbside recyclable and How2Recycle certified.
- Larger orders are usually packed in recyclable boxes or poly mailers made in part from recycled materials.
We're continuously working to make our packaging even more sustainable.

Return Policy
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with tags (for NWT items), and proof of purchase.
To start a return:
Email us at support@everbeankids.com. We’ll review and reply 3 business days.
Once approved:

What items are not eligible for return?
You cannot return an item if:
- Return requested more than 14 days after delivery
- Return not received within 7 days of label being issued
- Item returned in a different condition than purchased
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
Why is tax being charged at checkout if the items are pre-owned?
Sales tax is determined by state laws and applies to most retail sales, including pre-owned items in many states. We're required to collect it based on your shipping address.
How can I change the shipping address on my order?
You can update your address in your account settings. Once an order has shipped, the address can’t be changed. For help, reach out to our support team at support@everbeankids.com.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! Gift cards are available here and can be printed or emailed directly to the recipient. Please note, gift cards are currently only available in USD.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the promo/gift card box and click Apply. Discounts will appear on eligible items. Products marked “Discounts are not available for this product” are excluded. Only one code can be used per order and typically can't be combined with markdowns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover.
How can I recycle or reuse my Everbean packaging?
We encourage reusing packaging for your next consignment or recycling it when you're done!

How Can I Consign with You?
Option 1: Ship Your Items

Pack: Use your own bag/box and include up to 30 laundered items.*

Print: We’ll email you a prepaid label - just print and attach it.**

Ship: Drop it off and we’ll take care of the rest.
Option 2: Local Pickup

Pack: Use your own bag/box with up to 30 clean items.

Schedule: If you're in select NY or FL areas, we’ll reach out to confirm pickup.**
Then Sit Back!
We handle inspection, approval, photos, pricing, and listing. You’ll get an email once your seller portal is live (usually within 7-10 business days).
*Max 30 items per shipment. Some exceptions may apply.
**Currently available in NYC, Downtown Brooklyn, St. Petersburg, and Tampa.
Shipping fee: $9.99 (deducted from your earnings).
What brands do you accept?
Check our Accepted Brands for the most up-to-date list. We only accept items from brands listed there, based on resale performance. Sending in items not on the list or in unsellable condition may result in a shipping fee deduction from your future earnings. If you spot a brand on our site that’s not currently listed, it was likely accepted in the past.

How do I calculate my earnings?
To estimate earnings, find your item's resale price range and apply the commission percentage, cash or points (+10%), to the final sold price. For full details, check out our commissions chart in our Commission Rates & Payment Policy.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment is based on the preferences you've selected in your seller profile.
You’ll be paid via cash transfer or EverPoints (+10% bonus) after your item sells and clears a ~21-day window (14-day return period + 7 days for processing). You can also choose to donate your earnings to a local cause!
Payouts are issued monthly, typically on the 15th for items sold the month prior.
Your earnings are based on the item’s final resale price and commission rate.

How do you price items?
We use a dynamic pricing strategy based on real-time market data to list each item at the highest price the market will support. Since every item is unique, similar pieces may be priced differently.
Pricing is based on:

Brand resale value – Top brands hold value better.

Market trends – Styles, colors, and categories in demand.

Condition – Better condition = higher price.

Recency – Newer items typically sell for more, with exceptions for rare finds.
Our goal is always to earn you the most possible on each sale.
What happens to Unaccepted items?
After processing your consignment package, you'll receive a "Your Bean Boutique is Open!” email detailing any unaccepted items (though we don’t keep itemized records).
In your profile, select your Unaccepted Items Return Method:
- Return them for a $9.99 fee (deducted from earnings)

Donate them to charity (default if no choice made)
If no preference is selected, unaccepted items will be donated by default.
If 50% or more of your items are unaccepted, a $14.99 fee applies. All unaccepted items are final and cannot be relisted.

What happens to Unsold items?
Items unsold after 3 months may be reclaimed within 1 additional month. A $4.99 per item fee applies (deducted from future earnings), and you’re responsible for return shipping at courier rates. To reclaim, email support@everbeankids.com.
If items aren’t reclaimed, we’ll give them a second life - prices may be reduced to encourage sales, and remaining items will be donated to local organizations, including:
