Commission Rates & Payment Policy

Commission Rates:

You’ll receive an email notification whenever one of your items is sold.

Your earnings are based on the final resale price and the corresponding commission rate, as outlined in our commission chart below.

Once your item sells and clears a ~21-day window (14-day return period plus an additional 7-day window for handling and processing), you can then instantly redeem your earnings as store credit (EverPoints), request payout through PayPal to your bank or PayPal account, or donate your earnings to one of our great local causes! If you request payout through PayPal, funds will be sent on the 15th of the month after the 14-day return period has passed and an additional 7-day window for handling and processing has lapsed. Minimum of $25 in owed earnings to make and process a request.

To update your commission payout preferences, please log in and visit your Seller profile and update your commission preference. 

Payment Policy:

Your earnings are based on the final resale price of your item and its corresponding commission rate, as outlined in the chart above. These rates apply to all product categories, including apparel, accessories, and more. Resale prices are set based on factors such as original retail price, condition, and brand and are non-negotiable, including markdown prices. Items may be discounted at any time for sales or promotions, and for markdowns, your commission will be calculated based on the original resale price applied to the markdown price.
