Quality Standards

At EverBean, we uphold stringent quality standards to ensure that each item meets our high expectations. Our condition categories are defined as follows:

• NWT (New with Tags): Items that are brand new, unused, and still have the original manufacturer's tags attached.
• Like New: Items that show no signs of wear and are in pristine condition, appearing as if they have never been used.
• Gently Loved: Items that show minimal to moderate signs of wear, such as slight creasing or minor fading, without any significant defects, but are well-maintained.
• Well Loved: Items that show moderate to heavy signs of wear, displaying noticeable signs like visible fading, pilling, or minor repairs, but still possess functional integrity and aesthetic appeal.

These categories help us maintain a curated selection that aligns with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Orders and Returns

Everbean Guarantee

We’re parents too, and we know how much it matters to find pieces that feel safe, clean, and truly worthy of your little ones. That’s why we created the Everbean Guarantee:

• If something doesn’t match the description: no worries - start a return and we’ll take care of it.
• 100% authenticity guaranteed: every item is authenticated by real humans (and very picky ones!), or you get your money back.
• Quality you can count on: we hand inspect every piece to make sure it’s little one ready, this means no heavy odors, no major stains, no damage, no “mystery marks.”
